About Me
A Heritage Led by Jesus
Growing up with my siblings in a single parent family was hard but filled with advantages. I knew as a toddler where my help comes from – the maker of heaven and earth, our Lord Jesus Christ.
We were always there for each other while our mother worked three jobs to keep our home together. We learned at an early age to depend on the Lord and each other. As the years have passed, we now have our own families, and our mother has a place alongside her heavenly father in heaven.
As mother of four children, I understand the unconditional love that comes from being a parent. The importance of a personal relationship with Jesus, and our call to spread the Gospel.
This page is being created in honor of Jesus as a place where we can come together to encourage one another as believers in Christ. And, as a celebration of our family heritage that leads me back to the foothills of West Virginia where it all began in the pine groves.
The pictures below show a remnant of my family history and the very place where I have a dream of having a Pastor’s/Family retreat. A place of renewal, relaxation, and restoration. A place to grow deeper in our faith as we study God’s word together. The very place where God touched me as a toddler.
